WA1 is not an ancestral strain of lineages A and B, that's probably the reason why SAGO doesn't mention it. It's essentially the same as lineage A, as you stated yourself in an earlier post:

I try to avoid nucleotide debates in the blog and book, but couldn't avoid the opportunity with SAGO, who ironically claimed lineage B is older than A. But everyone who studied this came to the same conclusion: WA1 is best known ancestral strain.
The SAGO report doesn't claim that lineage B is older than A. It states that B started spreading in humans earlier than A, which isn't the same thing as being evolutionarily older.
Point taken, it's vague, but this "infers" B is evolutionarily older than A because it fits the HSM narrative:
"The report by Liu et al. (2023) confirmed the presence of two SARS-CoV-2 lineages; A and B, in environmental samples from the HSM, and with a higher frequency of lineage B over A, consistent with lineage B´s earlier inferred emergence (Liu et al., 2023)."
